Rude Customer Service

Yesterday i called the Call Center at 21:03,spoke to Minkie who was extremely rude,lacked empathy and no customer service at all.When i called o wanted to block my sim and blacklist my phone.I was ****** at gunpoint they took my phone and i told Minkie about the mattee her respond was " You need to buy a new sim and do a sim swap and we dont blacklist the phone right now",asked her why she said i must call tomorrow at 8am i asked her again why because she was not explai6why she is saying that she said mam please call tomorrow at 8am,the system is not working at night.I told her that she was suppose to tell me that from the beginning and she said to ms is there anything else, advised her of her rude behaviour then shw asked me again is the anything else.She didnt care about the traumatic experience i had or willing to help.
