Rude customer experience

Last week I reported my cellphone ******.So I called mtn and a lady answered and I told her everything and than she ask for IMEI number, than I told her 3 times I don't have it because the phone is ****** and the box I have thrown away so I don't have it.Very rude she dropped the call, so I send emails and then call again but no luck.I can't go to a mtn store because I live more than 300km from the nearest store so I don't know what to do anymore.I gave them my account number, cellphone number and ID number, what more do you want.If you can't help me then I swear to God I won't pay a dime further.I don't have time for rude customer services....
