Rude consultants MTN insurance claims

I've been trying to call mtn regarding my insurance claim since last week. Even today no one is helping out Asanda just dropped me in a call I've been giving them reference number that I got when I sent claim forms they not helping at all. Asanda is not the first one who dropped my call MTN INSURANCE CLAIM CONSULTANTS ARE DROPPING CLIENT IN A CALL. IM SO ****ED WITH WHAT Asanda just did I want her to call me back and assist me. Remember I'm paying this insurance monthly!
