Rude Consultants

<p>Good Day, I received a call from MTN regarding my cellphone contract (I am due for an upgrade soon and I assume it is regarding that) The consultant that called was extremely rude and just put the phone down in my ear after I professionally explained that I am the daughter of the contract holder, and that I pay for my mothers contract + my own on the same account. The service and tone of voice received was extremely unprofessional and rude and for that reason I will not be renewing any of my Families contracts with MTN again. Regards</p>
