Rude consultants!!!

I app**** for a phone on the 28th of December at Tzaneen Crossing Mall, today it's the 31st of December and I still haven't received my phone due to Porting from Telkom mobile taking ages. I deceived to cancel my contract and rather apply for a phone elsewhere since Mtn clearly doesn't need the business. I went to Mtn Tzaneen Crossing at 12pm on the 31st of December only to find the store 'closed' while the operating hours clearly state that the store should be open till 1pm. I then called the store and they answered the phone and claimed that they are 'open', I went back only to find the store locked but two ladies with their bags packed and ready to leave at 12.30 pm, 30 minutes before the store should close.

I waited led at the door, and I could clearly see on one of the ladies by the name of ' Marlene' ( spelling might be incorrect) busy swearing and pouting at me because I needed assistance. She then opened the door while rudely asking ' what I wanted'. I them explained that I needed my contract cancelled due to the porting to Mtn taking more than 3 days. I was rudely told that she cannot help me and I need to wait for the consultant that helped me on Thursday to help me.

I was really shocked at the way she spoke to me and at how they didn't want to help me. I'm really disappointed at how I'm brining revenue to Mtn but it seems like I'm the one doing Mtn a favour, I'm really disappointed!!!!
