Rude consultant Mpho Mokgejane

Cancellations consultant Mpho Mokgejane is very rude. After 3 hours of trying to get hold of a consultant I come across Mpho Mokgejane who thinks he is untouchable telling me that my reason of wanting to cancel the current contract is not a good reason. Trying to get hold of the complaints department is also impossible. I had to call customer service in order to speak to some supervisor on duty who said they need to listen to the recording and that they will call me back. .....Still waiting for that call.....
