Rude consultant

Very poor service. I've been trying to sort out an issue for about 7 months with regards to billing. They keep on suspending my account although I've been paying every month. I spoke to the rudest customer service agent ever his name is Bega Khanye ref number ***. I've never spoken to someone as ******** as him. He refused to listen to me and did not understand my query although I've tried explaining to me. Having worked in the service industry myself I would never speak to a customer the way he spoke to me. I want this taken up with management as I am now sick and tired of this back and forth.
