Rude consultant at MTN Dealer shop, Fourways mall

I arrived at the fourways mall smaller store to do a SIM Swap and blacklist a lost form. I went to speak to a consultant called Sithembiso, who informed me that in order to do this I needed a letter from my company on a letterhead, which I had in the laptop I was carrying. I asked for wifi connectivity so that I could email it to him.

Instead of providing me with the requested information he went and started helping other people. I then followed up with him, and in a rude and dismissive manner he told me he was busy and I should wait. I waited for about 10 minutes. While doing so, a group of white people who appeared to be a family entered the store. Sithembiso stopped what he was doing and attended to their queries. This came as a shock to me as I was simply requesting a WIFI name and email address, even triggering suspicion that perhaps MTN staff is required to give white customers preference and more respect. I could not find any other logical explanation.

I then went back to him and asked again, indicating to him that my laptop battery could die anytime, and asked if he could spare me a few seconds and provide the requested information so that I can email the latter and close my laptop, but once again he was very rude and dismissive, this time raising his voice and again citing that he was busy and could only do one thing at a time.

I got upset by this and started talking back to him. He then rudely showed me the customer complaints contact and dared me to do my worst. He said if I want I can report him he does not care.

I felt very mistreated, disrespected and undermined by this encounter
