Rude Consultant

I just called in to MTN Support, I explained to the lady the problem about my mtn account/contract, she started shouting as I am always calm, she said: "I called her, and I am telling her things, what is she suppose to do", I mean, what is the purpose of support team/consultants, if we are given such service, who will help? that call just ruined my day. I am a new client to MTN hoping for the best but guess what.
