Rude consultant.
I called in this morning as my sim card was not working, my phone displaying emergency calls only. I spoke to a guy by the name of Nkosinathi, he was plain rude and not interested in helping me. I had to repeat my query to him after he said to me "and then what". As I type this complaint my issue is still not resolved. He told me he was connecting my sim card again, I had to probe if I needed to switch on my phone and he sounded annoyed throughout the call. It leaves a bad taste on one's mouth when you receive such service from people who are meant to be there to assist you. Nkosinathi needs short s****s training because I don't understand why was he so cold, rude, uninterested and annoying in this call as I wasn't even irate or rude to him.
