Rude Call Centre Staff!!

I have just spoken to the mtn call centre. What a waste of time, seems mtn only employs people who do not like assisting customers.. The rudest call centre staff ever! Claire actually raised her voice to me when i asked her questions about my contract. I told her to rather just leave it because she is rude. Brightened my day - whatever! Mtn, i now understand why everyone i speak to always complains about you!
