Rude call centre operators
Call centre staff is very very rude! Called on Friday night and the lady I spoke to was very very rude. When I called again, another lady told me she is experiencing problems with her PC and can't assist me, what customer service is that? Totally unprofessional But I'm moving to another service provider because of that rude lady

I have been with mtn for a number of years now and I have never ever received such treatment from your agents.
