Rude call Centre Agent - Vangile Ntuli

I phoned the call center today and spoke to Vangile Ntuli who was so rude, no energy sounding as if she just woke up and even raised a voice on me when I advised her that I could not hear her. i have been with MTN more than 20 years have never received such bad service, its the first time and I am very disappointed this must addressed and disciplinary action must be taken please listen to the call recording, ***. The business don't need someone like her she will destroy the image of the company of this is not addressed.
