Rude call centre agent

MTN please hire people that are professional with customers. I spoke with a very rude call centre agent. Instead of assisting me she tells me I need to call back again cause she is not noing to log out of her system then back login again cause I never told her what I wanted from the beginning? When I asked her to transfer me to another agent she hung. I called from this no *** @ 12:29

While attending to that, please also help solve this. My mother's MTN card has been showing sim closed since November. She made a sim swop it never solved it, she even bought a new phone but the sim is still showing closed. Please help in this matter cause she really need that phone no
