Rude call centre agent

Agent called to try and sell me an upgraded contract package. She was extremely rude, did not listen when I said that I am not interested, raised her voice and put the phone down in my ear. Cannot believe this is how you treat your paying customers. She called from +***0 st 15:32 today. Please take some action or keep losing business.
