Rude Call Centre
I was just called regarding a special by MTN on a Samsung tablet.
When I declined the offer the consultant just hung up. This is terrible phone etiquette and extremely rude.
It's really not difficult to just say thank you and end the call. Based on this call I will never enter a contract with MTN.
