Rude call center people
<p> I keep receiving calls from a private number, sometimes 3 times a day so I decided to answer today, a lady says she's calling from MTN Plus and wants to tell me about the latest deal on the Huawei cell phone, I'm at work and tell her I'm sorry but I'm not interested, she asks me how I cannot be interested if I don't know what she's going to say, I say again, I'm sorry I have a phone and I'm not interested, the call is put down on me. What the hell MTN??? Why should I have to deal with this??? Take my number off all databases, I don't want to be called 20 times a week to be sold something I don't want or need. Train your damn rude call center agents, I don't expect to be treated like that if I go into an MTN store, why should I be treated like that over the phone!!! JEEPERS! </p>
