Rude And Unprofessional Treatment (MTN Ermelo)

We did a sim swap at MTN Ermelo and a lady called Elize Beyleveld assisted us. After a day the sim is still not active as the sim swap was done incorrectly. After going back to the branch the lady was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional and refused to assist. After we walked out of the shop the lady told another lady "is she ****ing dom". I do not think this is the way customers should be treated.
