Rude and unprofessional service

I did a swim swap for my contract sim,I got assisted by a guy called nazeem moolla at an mtn store in signet terrace..he told me to wait for 24 hrs which I did I then went to the store since the sim was not working the guy was soo rude he swore at me in the store I got soo embarrassed and it’s not the kind of service I expect..I am even thinking of canceling the contract because even now it’s not working and he said he can’t do anything and can’t refund so I must now pay for services I ddnt use
