Rude and Unhelpful Contract Department

Requested a contract and was told delivery would take place in 2-5 working days. 2 weeks have passed, I am constantly calling MTN and nobody is able to help me with an ETA. I did this contract via MTN (no third party) but now I am being told some Mondo place did the contract and I need to call them myself. Calling this Mondo, and their offices are closed. Mtn reps are also very rude and not able to help with anything. I want to cancel this contract, as I cannot deal with a service provider that knows nothing, and nobody can help me there either
