Rude and unhelpful call centre operator
<p>I needed help with an issue regarding my mtn contract. There was a mistake with my account that was not made by me but by mtn. The lady, Nicolette, who assisted me was so rude and unhelpful. I tried to resolve a mistake that THEY made. Unfortunately we only have mtn reception on the farm. If I had another option I would definately not put up with such bad customer service. Very disappointed.</p>
