Rude and *********** service from Mtn east rand mall

I went to the East Rand Mall Mtn shop (shop 71) and had the most horrible experience with the rude manager. I asked the to activate my contract Sim on my watch as an esim and not on my phone. They proceeded to force me to pay an activation fee and as it were, they went and activated a new phone number which cost me R150 and will cost me R25 per month. I was at pains to explain to the rude gentleman that I do not want my contract Sim in my phone but in my watch. He then insinuated that I do not understand English. I want a full refund of the activation fee and for the new number to be deactivated. I have never dealt with such rude incompetence in my life
