Rude and poor service from MTN

I was called earlier today offered a cellphone contract. they didn't have stock of the one I app**** for yet its still on the website. I accepted a different device but was prompted into choosing a plan that I wasn't happy with. I wasn't notified of the different options or even asked what my preference or affordability is. I then requested a call back and the lady being exceptionally rude, says I can't change the plan and that I had a chance to do it in the initial call and didn't. I then asked her to cancel it as I cannot afford it and its only been like an hour since the sale happened. she then went on telling me how bad it would affect my credit and that I shouldn't cancel. I insisted on cancelling and then she cut the call on me.

I've now emailed customer support twice and have gotten no call back or any response at all. This is disappointing and despicable service.
