Rude and *********** Consultants

I called the call centre Mbalienhle answered and kept quiet, she put the call on hold then answered again did the same thing I did not hang up and the 3rd time she answered after 5 minutes on being and told me she has a system problem I must call after 5 minutes then hung up.

I called back immediately spoke to Thembi Mabota who did not introduce herself had to ask for her name, extremely rude. Honestly I’ve had very bad experience with MTN’s consultants I’ve never seen such a very Huge company with *********** staff.

Please bare in mind this is not the 1st time Iogged a query with their *********** staff and to this date I’ve never had any feedback.
