Rude and bad service at MTN store

Was at an MTN store at the Mall in Rustenburg in Cashan. The MTN store closer to Pick ‘n Pay their card machine was not working so they wrote done all the reference for me and asked that I go pay at the small MTN in the same Mall. The rudest experience ever, we waited in que as the staff was chatting. A man came from the same store we had been and was assisted and as they are chatting the staff is saying the man shouldn’t talk aloud as their are “children” in the store. There were no children per say. There was an infant who can hardly hear. I approached the lady to explain that we had been in the que and she rudely said that we didn’t know of that fact and we don’t know how long we can still wait to be assisted. I didn’t get her name, she has a fair body and dread locks. She is not too short nor talk. The staff didn’t care everyone in the staff just goes about their business doing whatever pleases them as the que just gets longer and longer. I was already there to cancel and pay for the cancellation due to the poor service.
