Rude agents at Mtn fourways mall

I opened a contract at mtn fourways mall on the 13nth/12/22 and was assisted by Keitumetse Lape who was very rude and impatient and shouted at me in front of other customers,the manager Invert coudnt even call her to order,it seems he’s afraid of her,She registered the wrong numbers for my phone and didn’t even apologise for her error,today its the 10/01/23 and the issue with my phone is still not resolved,i’ve lodged a complaint at *** and nothing has been done about my complaint,mtn fourways mall staff is very rude especially to black people.
