Rude agents and missing data

Rude agents and missing data on my account. I have been calling and not getting help regarding my data that constantly goes missing. When I call the call centre I am told there is no record of data I purchased yet I have the proof on my bank statements.

MTN has *********** rude agents that do not know what they are doing or how to speak to clients. It is pathetic that a well established service provider has such low levels of quality with service and customer experience
