Rude agents and bad service

They ***** your airline after loading it then they are rude on top of that. I mean I need to call my mother she isn’t on social media I can’t as I bought airtime yet I can’t make calls this is so crazy. What must happen now ? At that time I’ve been with this ****ty network for over 15 years. Mxm.
