Rude agent by the name of THABISA MATINYANE OR MATHINYANA Xhosa agent

<p>I am very disappointed by the service I received from one of the mtn agents Tuesday evening. Her name is THABISA , I needed assistance with my missing airtime. The lady was very rude and when she spoke to me it was like she's speaking to a two year old child , The way she asks for the number she sounds very annoyed . You could hear her voice. Please make sure that she gets this or escalate to her supervisor or manager. she really needs to change her attitude towards customers. I couldn't even sleep thinking of what exactly did I say or do to her to be so impatient. </p> <p>Please talk to her she's bad very bad</p>
