Rude!
I contacted the call center today and don't like the tone in which I was spoken to. Mzimkhulu was rude and arrogant despite me staying calm and polite on the phone. He was eventually able to resolve my issue after 30min, but his manner was irritable and rude and I did not appreciate or feel that I deserved that treatment.<br> I am not happy to stay with MTN if this is the sort of customer service they provide
