Rude 173 consultant...yeses!!!
My brother just called MTN 173, to help our father with a sim swap. He spoke with a lady called Nompumelelo Bukhosini, who was disguistingly rude & has such nasty attitude. Instead of assisting us promptly she was just rude & spoke as if she had been dumped & taking her fustrations on everyone. We understand that, my father shouldve verified his details but he couldnt cause his by the bank. Nompumelelo's behaviour is totally unacceptable & I have been in a call centre 11yrs ago after High School & that call was uncalled for, if training had ever been provided to such kids, then we will be happy to stay on the network. If any of my staff could behave this way, I will give em keys to the door. I am unhappy & my Dad has been disguisted as well.
