******* Upgrade Systems

Spent 2 hours on Sunday night trying to upgrade contract only to be told there are issues with the new system and upgrade would be delivered the following day. Now being told they having further issues and will be delivered tomorrow.

MTN website states contract is due for upgrade on 2 March but in store they tell me upgrade only due in April. What's going on with your systems and information provided? Now being charged an early upgrade fee.

The lady assisting me is being very helpful but she can't perform her tasks with ******* systems.
