I have been trying to do a sim swap. What a mission. Tried 3 times and now I must go to the police station for an affidavit and then go to an MTN store.

If a sim swap for prepaid function is not successful, affidavit and certified ID copy is required. The MTN store will assist with the sim swap.

22 Jan 2020, 09:31That is the problem. I have to take off work so that I can fix this. My daughter lost my card after she bought me data and I forgot about that transaction because I didn't get to use it. I have been a customer of MTN for very long and this is the service? The questions asked by your agents are confusing. How must I know which data purchase they are referring to? How the heck am I supposed to know how much data my daughter loaded on my sim card?
