I called MTN direct sales this morning to get a contract, and to also get more information about their procedures. I was very unfortunate to have ALICIA PILLAY answer my call, she is the rudest person I have ever encountered, she accused me of having called prior to this call, saying that she has given me this information, even when I told her that this is my first time calling. She was so rude that I even ended up losing my cool. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor - to which she responded that MTN does not have managers and they are not supervised??? isn't this a contravention of a FAIS law to have these individuals selling these products without a KI overseeing them? anywho ... I called in Immediately after that call and got through to someone else, who put me through to their ''supervisor'' LOUISE GREEN, who was just as lousy as ALICIA PILLAY (which made me wonder if I was really speaking to a manager, as her level of professionalism and telephone etiquette was so appalling)... Please audit your calls, and check how many calls I made to MTN, this morning 05/10/18... you can even check how many calls I made to you this week. I do not appreciate the accusation and the level of disrespect that I received from these two ladies. Needless to say you have lost a client that has had multiple contracts with your company...
