MTN is thus far thee most pathetic service provider I know.

1 Since October 2020 I have been waiting for the invoice details to be amended on my account, I logged a complaint with their complaints division since you cannot get hold of their billing department directly, to date no feedback has been provided.

2 January this year I was billed triple because they somehow missed November's debit.

3 Today I call to find out if all is sorted and if the debit for February was done as I haven't received anything and I am told their system missed it AGAIN!!!!! can they make arrangements to debit this month.

Why must I remind them and follow up with them to do their job properly? What reason do I have to remain a loyal customer to mtn? I've done quotes with their competitors and I can get a sweeter deal than what I currently have.
