Iam getting pathetic service from MTN I have recieveda message to say that I eligible for an upgrade on my wife number I did an online application on the 22/06/2020 I received an email to say the application was successful when I am calling into query the application with upgrades, MTN direct they telling me the line is de activated this is total ******* because we are receiving calls and we are making calls and we getting our monthly data and airtime my number too with MTN is supposedly deactivated but I am getting calls and I am making calls utter ******* service from MTN it totally sucks I am considering cancelling my bussiness with MTN and may go to Vodacom
