Good day i have an account with mtn and ibhave requested that it be closed twice. Its services and deductions stopped as requested but there still is 03,02 that’s piling up on my name and has now come to R36 please write off that amount because i refuse to pay it and as that account should have been closed 2 years back. I need it written off with a paid up letter issued. Because now it is on my way of getting what i want.
