******* service and lack of professionalism

I am highly disgusted with mtn service my partner opened up a contract for me at south gate ...where the agent that assisted told him his risking by taking a contract for me as i would leave him as if it was any of his business in anyway ....we got 30 gig of data which was never explained how long I would have it we kept asking about the 1st debit but no information was provided . Currently the data got forfeited bacause he did not explain how long I would have it .. I lost 10 gigs with no notice .. ...I bought data it runs out with all the Apps closed ...I thought mtn is better but it's worse with agents that talk too much without doing they job ...***
