Mtn is still billing me for promotion data that's meant to be free as per the agreement that I signed. I have been having this issue from March and still no resolution. If the billing department can not resolve this matter then direct me on how to close this account. Multiple calls and "tickets" are opened. Mtn is wanting to deduct 6X more than the amount deducted.
