******* service!!!

I am now so fed up with MTN!! I placed an order for wifi that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. It was supposed to be delivered on the 13th of July, I was given an excuse by the delievery company that MTN uses at around 12PM on the day of the delivery and they said it will come on Friday the 15th of July between 15:00 - 17:00. I was called at 16:52 on the FRIDAY of the delivery to be given yet another excuse!! We rescheduled AGAIN to Tuesday the 19th of July, I’m getting no call or message from them! I’m calling to no response! When I call MTN they tell me it is out of their control now and there is nothing they can do! HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT THAT IS MEANT TO COME TO ME?! Yet you will be debiting me for a product I don’t have?! I am fed up!!
