On the firt of july 2021 i called in to cancel my contract since it has come to an end. I thought it was successfully canceled since i received an sms stating that. On the 4th of july 2021 i received another sms stating that my contract is moving to another amount on a monthly basis. I am so furious because i canceled my contract with them. I know the agent want to reach target but she doesnt have to reach it by lying to customers. I cursed the day i took contract with you. I will never ever take anything with you. After being being with you for 15 years. I called in this morning, hopefully is canceled for real this time.
