******* INSURANCE

So my phone was booked in for repairs in the 1st week of February 2015, The 20th Feb I received an email stating that my phone is fixed and I should pay the excess amount of R300 which I did. They returned \my phone"";NOW SOMEONE KINDLY EXPLAIN WHAT ******Y IS THAT EXACTLY. They have a shortage of loan phones which is also not my problem and they can't give me a phone right now SO WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THE MONEY I PAY YOU EVERY MONTH YO??? Does it not make sense to give me a new phone if your supposed new phone doesn't work? I'm gatvol your insurance is good for nothing!."""
