I must take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent service. I required assistance for something that is irritating for most MTN agents (Porting my number). I say irritating because I work for a financial institute and have opened many account for Cellular Company Agents and they would advise me how annoying that part of their job is because they don't want to miss out on a client that is wanting to buy a phone or take out a New Contract. With this in mind I was anticipating bad service however, Ruban welcomed me and assisted me with a smile. I had issues with the number being ported and had to visit Ruban again, and he still provided remarkable service. He has allot of Patience for clients and I also overheard another client complimenting him on his service. MTN, you have an asset on your payroll.
