RTT and MTN - Useless Combination

Maybe think about using a better courier company than RTT.

This courier company must be the most useless one out there. I am not sure how people and especially big companies like MTN still uses them.

They have been sitting with my parcel since last week Monday.

Every morning I get a message to say it is out for delivery but it never gets delivered.

I started following up on the customer care whatsapp line and get the same message every time: Good day, Please note that your parcel is out for delivery today, delivery hours are between 08h00 and 17h00, yet my parcel never gets delivered.

Last week when I asked they told me the driver said that I am not home. BUNCH OF LIES. I work from home. I am here 24/7. He is just to lazy to pick up a phone and call or RTT is just to stingy to provide the drivers with airtime. I live on a plot. Hooting at the gate will help nothing.|

After another follow up this morning again I got assurance my parcel will be delivered today. Nothing, again. These people are idiots.
