Router problem

<div>I install my contract MTN router last 2025 last year in the middle of November it was on 21st and according to my contract I will start to pay end of December my first installment and I paid even 2026 January month end and February I paid full amount ,so this morning before I left at home to go at work my router was still working but around 15 pm this afternoon on 10th March my wife call me and said to me the router is not working I take my phone to call MTN router and the lady there check for me on the system and said to me your are not owe MTN any money for this month your account is up to date but because you pay late on 2 second MTN charge you R5680 for pay late and said to that lady please can you escalate my problem because I used that router to do my job even my child used that router for school work please open my router I don't want any the explanation because Im up to date for payment I cant wait for 24 hours please.
