Router order

I ordered a router with you guys on the 28th of September, I still haven't received it. DSV delivery times clash with my schedule at home and work. On the day I was available they canceled and said their driver didn't have the fingerprint verification device, whose fault was it? To top it off the next driver was very rude even after I asked him to wait 5 minutes as I was on my way from work. This is unacceptable to be honest
