Router NOT working on tv

I am extremely disappointed at the service i have received from mtn! I took out the R499 unlimited wifi deal early last month from a store in Springs. I could only subscribe 2 weeks later on showmax and netflix.. I only streamed 1 show and from there i was NEVER able to do anything ever again from my tv. Sad thing is that the conmection is perfect on all phones connected except for the tv. All it does is buff until it gives up and gives me error messages. Iv been to the store several times and have been told to reboot numerous times. Iv fone everything told to do. The last try was one of the agents sending an email to technician customer service on the 14th of this month, however no response has been received from them. This is so sad as my fam and i were really looking forward to watching other shows except for just DSTV... Infact our plan was to save by no longer paying dstv and rather stream shows. Iv lost hope, it seems as if im stuck in a 2 year contract where il never be able to as i had initially hoped. Please can someone assist, some technical department. Anything right now would help! Im desperate
