Router not delivered

Is still have not received my month to month router. Application and payment was made on 10 January 2024 and still haven’t received my parcel

No update about the delivery whatsoever. I paid for services I did not even get to use I am not satisfied about how my order has been handled. Better off cancelling the agreement, honestly
