router network problem

i took 24 month unlimited wifi router contrat with mtn last year October. Every month towards months end it says no internet connection.

I tried to call customer care. the consultant told me that the network is barred because i moved around with the router of which i never moved it from where i placed it since i received it. It is every month's problem & they keep on debiting money. Every month i spent 7 to 12 days without connectivity. I don't enjoy the service im paying for. I don't need it anymore. This is the worst company
