Router Exchange

Bad service I had with mtn, I did my upgrade last year their router doesn't have a sim slot, after 5 months of going back and forth because I couldn't configure the router, they say they cant help me i have to buy a new router.. while I am siting with a router at home that doesn't work, they refused to do an exchange!
